Refund Policy for DEC4IR 2025 Merchandise Products

Thanks for purchasing our products at ketupartstudio.onpay.my ("we," "our," or "Seller") operated by KetupART Studio (SSM No.: 202203172936).

In order to be eligible for refund, you can only return and refund if you received the wrong size or product type and the stock has run out. You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate your return. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Please complete the return request by filling out the Google Form at https://forms.gle/QM6yDyuJDwiofHFt7, including your invoice/receipt number, purchased item to return or refund, photo of the products, full name, bank details for refund processing, etc.

Next, we will contact you regarding the return process, through your contact of choice (WhatsApp, Telegram, or email).

Shipping Costs:

  1. For returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
  2. If you are exchanging for the correct size or product type, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
  3. If you are eligible for a refund, we will cover the cost of shipping in (1).

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your exchange or return. We will deliver the correct product to you, while stock lasts. If the stock is not available, we will perform the refund process. The return and refund process typically takes 5 to 10 business days after we notify you of the successful inspection.

Please note that if the product is damaged or if you initiate the return after the 14-day period has expired, you will not be eligible for an exchange or return.
